Full stop? I lead marketing teams into clarity, direction, and growth.
More specifically?
I build go-to-market machines that generate pipeline, not PowerPoint (I'm still in recovery from my 235 slide deck days...). I unify disconnected departments and give them a shared language (and an actual strategy). I diagnose where things are breaking and implement systems that hold up under pressure. I have fun doing all of the above, too.
